By using VoiceCloneKit, you agree to use voice cloning lawfully, transparently, and only with the necessary rights.

You must own or have explicit permission to use every voice, recording, script, and other material you submit. VoiceCloneKit does not grant you rights to a person’s voice or to third-party content.
You are responsible for checking whether your intended use, including commercial publication, complies with applicable law, contracts, licenses, and platform rules.
Prohibited use
Do not use VoiceCloneKit for fraud, deceptive impersonation, harassment, defamation, non-consensual sexual content, evading identity checks, misleading political or financial communications, or any unlawful activity.
Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, disrupt the service, probe credentials, distribute malware, or interfere with other users.
Generated output
Generated audio may be inaccurate, inconsistent, or unsuitable for publication. Review every result before use and disclose synthetic audio when context could otherwise mislead an audience.
Generation is processed by third-party infrastructure. Availability, speed, and output quality are not guaranteed.
Free limits and availability
The current MVP offers up to three free generations per user per day, subject to a shared daily service budget. Limits may be adjusted, paused, or replaced as operating costs and product features change.
VoiceCloneKit may reject or remove access that appears abusive or creates legal, safety, or security risk.
Disclaimer and updates
The service is provided as available, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or exact voice similarity. To the extent permitted by law, you assume responsibility for your use and publication of generated audio.
These terms may be updated as the product develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms shown on this page.
